Join Kelli ant Kula Yoga, Port Orange, and get ready to break free from ground and discover the strength and grace that already lives within you. Gravity and Grace is a dynamic workshop designed to teach you the art of arm balancing-blending power and control.
We'll explore the foundations of flight and how to transition in and out of balances with confidence. You will learn how to float, fly, and most importantly feel your way into each pose.
This workshop is perfect for any student looking to:

*Understand the mechanics behind arm balances
*Learn safe, smart progressions (Crow, Flying Pigeon, Side Crow, and more)
