Beginners Bootcamp is a perfect opportunity for new people to come and try out our class for free. The exercises will be shown to you, deconstructed and the bootcamp will be at a slower pace. We will then graduate you to regular Bootcamp once you feel ready.

We've achieved some amazing success with our bootcamp with members losing 60lbs in weight, gaining friends and being in the great outdoors.
