In this experiential workshop, we’ll explore the deep connection between breath and mindfulness—and how intentional breathing can support a calmer, clearer, and more balanced state of being.
Led by Jackie, this session will break down 4–5 foundational yogic breathing techniques (pranayama) and show you how to incorporate them into both your meditation and asana practices.

You’ll leave with a toolkit of practical techniques you can use on (and off) the mat to:

💫 Cultivate presence, focus, and inner peace

No experience needed—this workshop is open to all levels.
