Holotropic Breathwork Journy
Join Christine Harvey for a powerful 90-minute breathwork journey designed to help you release what no longer serves you and connect deeply with your intentions.

We’ll be using circular connected breath—an activating technique rooted in holotropic breathwork. This style supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, spiritual connection, and overall mood enhancement.
