The Goliath Games brings international-standard Obstacle Course Racing (OCR) to Trinidad and Tobago for the first time. Forget the typical road race—Goliath Games transforms a stadium into the ultimate obstacle course challenge.
Expect 20+ obstacles designed to push your body and mind. From climbing walls and tyre flips to crawls and carries, every part of the course demands courage and resilience.
🕕 Two Ways to Take On Goliath
Morning: Competitive Waves (6:30 AM – 12:00 PM)
For serious racers chasing podium finishes and cash prizes. Strict rules. Every obstacle must be completed. It’s you vs. the clock—and the competition.
Afternoon: Weekend Warrior Waves (12:30 PM – 6:00 PM)
For those who want the experience without the pressure. Tackle the course solo or with friends. Skip obstacles if you need to. Perfect for fitness groups, coworkers, or anyone ready for a fun, active day.

Kids under 12 run FREE with a registered adult in the afternoon session.
