BVB-Gatorade Under 17 Youth Invitational Challenger Cup

The launch of the Borussia Dortmund International Academy – Caribbean (BVBIA – Caribbean), in T&T will usher in a new era in youth football development. Here are five reasons why this programme will be epic.

1. This is the first time BVB, ranked 8th in the world by UEFA, will have a youth football academy based in the Caribbean.
2. Players participating in the BVBIA – Caribbean programme will benefit from holistic training, on and off the field.
3. The programme will offer young footballers a pathway to a potential career in professional football.
4. The programme also opens a pathway for college scholarships in the USA.
5. It is open to both boy and girl footballers.
