Gong Bath Meditation - Port Moody

Gong baths are more than just relaxation – they’re an invitation to let go of what’s been weighing you down and rediscover your light. Deep, therapeutic vibrations of the gong are infused with reiki energy, so you can release the heaviness you’ve been holding, soothe your nervous system, and reconnect with yourself and others.

Gong bath therapy is a type of sound healing that uses the gong to induce deep meditative states. During a gong bath, the activity of the brain synchronizes with the external frequencies of the gong. The participant’s brain waves will fluctuate between BETA (awake, alert state), ALPHA (relaxed, warm sleeper state), THETA (deep relaxation, dream-like & deep meditative state, DELTA (deep & dreamless sleep, body working on healing)
