This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.DEMONSTRATION EVENT.Your Chef: Bruno FeldeisenOn the menu today:Ricotta Struffoli: Struffoli are deep-fried balls of dough that are hard on the outside, and slightly soft on the inside, and coated in honey to make them even more delicious.Italian Rainbow Cookies: Thin slices of a dense, almond-paste-enriched, three-layer spongecake smeared with sweet jam and finished with a snappy chocolate coating.Italian Peach Cookies: Traditionally served for holidays and special occasions, they consist of two soft cookies sandwiched together with pastry cream and then dipped in liqueur to resemble a peach.An appetizer plate of cheese, crackers and spread will be served at the begining of the class.
