Hi everyone! I’m Melissa, a newly certified yoga teacher, and I’d love to share w/ our community my free Karma Yoga class- all levels welcome!
Karma Yoga isn’t about perfect poses—it’s about kindness, service, and connection. My free class is a way to give back, help others move, breathe, and connect with themselves, and also for me to grow as a teacher. 🪷
