Fall French Bistro - Chef Bruno - Cooking Class

Please read our before registering! This FAQ will answer questions about what to expect from our events, how to book, cancellation policies and more.

On the menu tonight:

Gruyere Cheese Souffle - A light and fluffy opener made with eggs and Gruyere cheese. It's creamy texture and subtle cheese flavor make it a bistro favourite.

Boeuf Bourguignon - The dish that made Julia Child famous, this classic French dish consists of tender, slow-cooked beef stewed in red wine with vegetables.

Crepes Suzette - A decadent dessert of delicate crepes served with a sauce made from caramelized sugar, butter, orange juice and orange liqueur. A sweet and indulgent treat to finish your meal!

$119+ gst per person (please purchase one ticket per attendees)

Want to save the Eventbrite fee? You can register in person and over the phone directly with the store (604) 939-6200. Payment is required when you register - visa, MasterCard, gift certificates are accepted over the phone, cash and debit in person.

We have a 72 hours cancelation policy. If you need to cancel but have not given 72 hours notice, no refund, transfer to another class or credit will be issued, but you can send somebody in your place.

In the event that not enough participants are registered, we would have to cancel the class. We will notify registered participants at least 48 hrs prior and issue a full refund.

Please inquire prior to booking if there are any diet or allergy concern. No accommodations can be arranged during this event, but you are welcome to participate and learn something new!.
