Breathwork Session with Richelle

No experience necessary - beginners are welcome!

This session will guide you through:✨ Conscious Connected Breathwork✨ Reiki✨ Hands-on Adjustments and Touch

What to Bring:

-Yoga Mat – For comfort during Breathwork and relaxation.

-Pillow – Support your head or knees as needed.

-Water – Stay hydrated before and after the session.

-Blanket – Keep warm and cozy during deep relaxation.

-Comfortable Clothing – Wear warm layers and breathable pants for unrestricted breathing.

-(Optional) Journal - Reflect and journal your journey.

-(Optional) Eye Covering

📍 Location: RVN Wellness Studio, 2506 St Johns St, Port Moody, BC V3H 2B4

⏰ Day and Time: Friday, October 3rd, 5:00 PM - 6:30 PM (Doors open at 4:45 PM)

🚗 Please allow extra time for parking. Arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. Doors close at 5:00 PM, and late entry is not permitted.

*To fully benefit from the experience, avoid heavy meals 2 hours before the session. Light snacks are okay.

Richelle

Richelle is an experienced breathwork facilitator with a deep passion for guiding others on their healing journeys. She was first introduced to breathwork a decade ago and quickly developed a profound love for its transformative power. With over five years of breathwork facilitation under her belt, Richelle skillfully creates a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore and release, fostering personal growth and wellness. In addition to her breathwork expertise, she practices Reiki, which is seamlessly integrated into her sessions to enhance the healing experience. Dedicated to holding space with compassion and presence, she is committed to supporting everyone’s unique path to healing.
