Bellydance for beginners course

Sati invites you to come and shake off your week on a Friday with some shimmies.

Join the new block for beginner and continuing dancers.

• no previous dance experience necessary.

• no level of fitness or ability required.

- just come and try something new, have a few laughs and be your authentic self.

This fun, safe space is a sisterhood where we connect with each other and unleash our divine feminine.

8 weeks on a Friday at 5:30 to 6:30 pm starting Aug 8 @ Rotary Hall, Hastings River Drive, Port Macquarie

All you need is your water, wear something you feel comfortable in, loose clothes or activewear.

I have some coin belts to borrow and get you started.

You’ll learn moves that have been danced together by women for many generations before us.

Bring your new moves together into a dance.

You may discover core muscles you haven’t activated in a long time.

Welcome new brain pathways connecting your right and left hemispheres.

Release tension you’ve been carrying and reconnect with your body.
