Janchi II

By demand, we’ve added a second night of Janchi after the first sold out in hours. Join us as the grill fires up and the sizzle fills the room with heat, punchy ferments and plates made to share.

Start with crispy lamb ribs glazed in gochujang and kingfish hoe with ssamjang and a splash of soju. Then grilled pork belly with doenjang, shiso and roasted garlic, and beef bulgogi with sesame, bean sprouts and crispy shallots, with Korean sides of eggplant, kohlrabi, cucumber and potato, plus kimchi fried rice. Finish with a bright Jeju Island tangerine tart.
