I have dedicated this entire day to holding a loving, non-judgemental safe space to sit in circles with others, release old stories that weigh us down, relax, create, and have fun!

I am looking forward to sharing with you some of my favorite practices for forgiveness, release, acceptance, gratitude & abundance. I'll also be introducing you to some amazing practitioners that have helped me along my journey!
