New Pilot Class starts at United Church Community Hall in St.Peters 8.30am - 9.30am

Focus on Full Body, Circuit Style with 4 stations
You Go at Your own Pace and Partner Work combinations
👉Mixture of sitting in a chair & using the chair for stability.
👉Designed to improve Cardio, Strength, Core, Endurance, Range of Motion & Balance.
👉STRide for a BodyBoost is ideal for those with arthritis, osteoporosis or those starting an exercise program, encompasses the use of mini health Riders.
👉This class uses a variety of resistance tools and participants can bring their own weights and yoga mat & hydration bottle to the program.
