The Forever Reef Project

Step inside the world’s first Living Coral Biobank at Forever Reef, located at the Port Douglas Superyacht Marina. This groundbreaking facility is dedicated to preserving coral biodiversity, offering visitors the chance to see live coral collections up close and learn about vital conservation efforts protecting the Great Barrier Reef.

As a Carnivale weekend special, Port Douglas Carnivale is proud to support Forever Reef with free entry for 16 people on their 2:30pm-3:30pm tours on the following dates: 19th, 20th, 21st and 22nd May. This exclusive opportunity allows attendees to engage with marine conservation while exploring one of the most innovative reef preservation projects in the world.
