Friday Night Sound Healing

Every Friday night 7pm at Port Douglas Yoga Studio- (crn of Grant and Warner St)

Deep relaxation guided with Sound frequencies from Crystal Bowls, Tibetan Bowls, Gong, Native Flute and more.

A gentle breath practise to start and calm the Nervous System then drift off into a deeply relaxing state.

No experience required, all welcome.
