Summer Camp 2025 at Clay Art Center
Calling all young creators! Join us for an unforgettable summer at our kids’ Clay Summer Camp filled with exciting clay activities, from handbuilding and sculpture to wheel throwing. Have your kids unplug with mud and discover the fun of working with clay at Clay Art Center’s award-winning weekly themed half and full-day summer camps for children and teens ages 7 – 15. Don’t miss this opportunity to create fun, lasting memories!
In the classroom, aspiring young artists will develop their imaginations and build confidence, while working in a fun, creative atmosphere. Our nurturing teachers, who specialize in kindling a passion for creative expression in children, know how to make our camps special by creating an atmosphere of learning, fun, and friendship.
Campers will learn a variety of techniques, with hand-built sculptural art for ages 7 – 11, and wheel throwing with hand building for ages 12-15. In today’s technology-driven world, your child will discover the satisfaction of creating something with their own hands. They will craft everything from mythical creatures, animals, and world culture artifacts to handmade cups, bowls, and plates that your family will treasure forever.
Sample weekly camps may include Ancient Architects, Perfect Pets, Wheel and Beyond, Planes, Trains and Automobiles, Amazing Animals, Master the Masters, Out of this World, Candy Crush and many more. Campers will also engage with our gallery, meet participating artists and learn more from our staff about the current exhibition.

Morning Camp (9am – 12pm) $350 /week
Afternoon Camp (1pm – 4pm) $350 /week
