Port Chalmers Gym - Community Workout + Meet & Greet
Free community 30 min workout + meet and greet at the location of the new Port Chalmers Gym.
All are welcome, workout is body weight only and scalable to all fitness levels 💪

Meet me in person, have a yarn and learn about the vision and timeline for this new gym 😊

The support from the community so far has been amazing and i'm excited to meet you all!

P.s His & Hers Catering will be open for Saturday pies (not Friday😉) and coffees.
