This week's run will be an old fave - a quick up and down Kapukataumahaka Mt Cargill via Graham's Bush and the Organ Pipes. It's pretty much 10 km and 700 metres of climbing on a nice flowing track.

The forecast is fine, but it might be fresh above the tree line — be sure to pack an extra layer along with the all-important head lamp.
