Houston Diesels Beach Clean Up Event!
Please come join us September 27th from 10am-5pm on Crystal Beach- Boliver Peninsula to conduct a beach clean up event. We will be cleaning up a 6 mile stretch of the beach. We will all meet at the main wash out where beach bash is hosted. If coming down, from Mr. G street, take Mr. G street to the beach and take a left. If you are coming down South Monkhouse Rd., come down to the beach and take a right. You will see us.
We start at 10am. Once the beach is clean, we will have hot dogs and hamburgers for everyone provided. We are anticipating the beach to be completed by 2pm at the latest. The Boliver Trash Company will be providing two large dumpsters for us to throw our trash in. Keep Boliver Beautiful will be providing trash bags.
You may walk the beach, use your SXS, golf cart, or other approved vehicle. Your choice. Please keep in mind that you may need to by a $10 beach pass. ALL SXS, dirt bikes, four wheelers and alike MUST be trailered to the beach.
We will be cleaning up the area from the wash out. To the East- to Seadrift Drive. To the West- to Honeysuckle St. From the water line to the dunes. Do NOT go in the dunes, they are protected. Please come as you are. Please bring friends and family. Many hands make for light work. Please ensure you are respectful of the beach and patrons. Absolutely NO racing, coal rolling, light bar flashing, burn outs, train horns or any other obnoxious activities.
