XTrail Spring - Rangituhi Rumble

Rangituhi serves up a lush and leg-burning journey through one of Porirua’s most scenic spots. Starting from Spicers Botanical Park, all three courses wind their way up through the peaceful, green trails of Spicers Forest before breaking into the rugged beauty of the Colonial Knob Reserve. The short course offers a more forgiving climb with playful zig zags and a fun descent, while the long course takes you all the way to the summit of Rangituhi, a proper challenge rewarded with stunning views over Porirua Harbour and beyond. With a mix of forest trails, farm tracks, and fast-flowing descents, this one’s a true highlight of the region.
