This nourishing 2-hour workshop, led by international yoga teacher Archana Atmakuri, is designed to support you in calming your nervous system and finding deep rest.
✨ Workshop Itinerary:
🌿 Introduction to the Nervous System: Learn about the sympathetic (fight or flight) and parasympathetic (rest and digest) responses, and how yoga supports a healthy balance
🧘 40 minutes of gentle movement & restorative poses to release tension and signal safety to the body
🌬️ 10 minutes of grounding breathwork to calm the mind
💤 A guided Yoga Nidra meditation — yogic sleep — for deep inner rest and restoration
🌿 What is Yoga Nidra?
Yoga Nidra is a form of guided meditation that brings the body into a state of deep rest while the mind remains aware. It’s an ideal practice for:
✔️ Stress and anxiety relief
✔️ Better sleep
✔️ Emotional and mental reset
✔️ Nervous system regulation
This workshop is perfect for busy women, caregivers, professionals, or anyone seeking a safe space to slow down and reconnect — no yoga experience necessary.
This workshop is not suitable for:

❗ Individuals with serious or unmanaged medical conditions
❗ Those experiencing uncontrolled hypertension
