FREE Tai Chi in Te Manawa

Come along to Cobham Court for FREE Tai Chi every Wednesday from 12.30-1.30pm.

📍 Te Rauparaha Park

(In the event of bad weather, the class will be held in the City Hub)

Entry is free, and all are welcome.

Classes are suitable for all ages and fitness levels. Please wear flat-soled flexible shoes and comfortable clothing.
During Winter, these sessions are held in the City Hub.
