Woodfired Sauna at Hamworthy Park, Poole Harbour

Step inside our barrel sauna, switch off, soak up the stunning harbour-side views from our panoramic window, and brave a plunge in one of our ice baths.

What to Bring:
🧖 2 x towels (one to sit on, one to dry off)
🦶 Water shoes - the entrance to the water is slightly rocky
👙 Swimwear
🚰 Water bottle

Please arrive 10 - 15 minutes before your session starts.

Communal Sessions: £15 per person/hour
Private one-hour sessions: £80 per person/hour (up to 8 people)
