All not compulsory, if you’ve been thinking about giving it a go come along + see why we do it 🥰
Bring your:
✅ Towel
✅ Swimmers
✅ Hot water bottle
✅ Warm drink
✅ Bottle with warm water to pour on your feet afterwards
✅ Plenty of warm clothes + hat + gloves
✅ Flip flops or footwear you can easily pop on while getting dressed
And a big 😁 If time hang around for a cuppa and a catch up at Rockwater
