Inner Harmony Workshop - A Journey to Emotional Balance
Join coaches and practitioners Harry from Happy Souls and Tuesday from Sacred Flow for our interactive 3-hour holistic workshop, where we'll be sharing some practical and grounded tools and guidance to help you bring harmony and balance back into your life. This powerful 3-hour experience blends ancient practices with modern techniques, and is designed to help you release stress, calm the mind, and reconnect with your inner clarity.
We will also be giving you an array of tools and knowledge to carry with you for the rest of your life. Helping you become one step closer to mental and emotional freedom and control, deepening your sense of self awareness, resilience, and joy.
No past experience is necessary. Guidance is simple, straight forward, and easy to understand for everyone.

Location: Poole Spiritual Church.
What to expect:
10am - 11.30am - Qi Gong, Meditation, and Philosophical Talk with Harry - Happy Souls Coaching:
Begin the morning with a cup of tea and an insightful talk exploring the nature of our emotions, and how we can create balance - mentally, physically, and emotionally, through simple daily practices and shifts in our perspectives, followed by a flowing Qi Gong movement practice to clear stagnant energy and awaken the body, and a grounded meditation.
11.30am - 11.45am - Break for light refreshments and fresh air.
11.45am - 1.15pm - Embodied Movement, Somatic Experience, and Philosophical Talk With Tuesday - Sacred Flow:
Start the second half of the workshop with a talk about somatic breathwork, the nervous system, movement meditation, and yogic principles. Followed by a gentle breathwork and movement meditation to end the workshop.
1.15pm - 1.30pm - Enjoy a cold drink or cup of tea and snacks before you leave.
You will leave feeling:
● Grounded in your body
● Clear in your mind
● Calm, confident, and reconnected to yourself
● Have practical tools to carry with you for the
rest of your life
What to Bring?
● Yoga mat and bolster cushion (We have some if needed)
● Blanket
● Water bottle
● Comfy clothes
No experience is necessary. Just bring yourself and an open heart :)
