Postnatal Yoga

I know that after birth, your body feels different, your mind is full, and finding time for yourself feels impossible. These classes were designed to meet you exactly where you are - whether you’re ready to rebuild strength or simply need a gentle moment to breathe.

Bond with your baby, connect with your body and meet other mums who get it. All in the beautiful space of the Wimborne Wellness Centre studio with stunning views over the gardens of the property.
