Looking for a space to move, breathe, and reconnect - with yourself and your baby? This uplifting class is designed for mums with babies on the move (think crawling, cruising, toddling!), offering a supportive way to flow together.

Expect:

💫 Relaxation techniques to help you thrive in the wild ride of motherhood

This class is a little more energetic than our Mum & Baby sessions - perfect if your little one’s already on the go and you’re craving movement with them by your side. Come as you are, no need to keep your baby still or quiet. This is a judgement-free, joy-filled space for you both.
