Postnatal Mum & Baby Yoga

If you’re a new Mum or in the late stages of pregnancy you’re going to want to know about this!

From April my postnatal yoga classes have a new home at the beautiful Wimborne Wellness Centre and I couldn’t be more excited! 😍

This is such a beautiful space, with gorgeous views and such a soothing atmosphere…just what every new mum needs.

Through this five week course we’ll:

⭐ Explore how the body and pelvic floor feel after birth and practice gentle movements to improve strength

⭐ Nurture the connection between you and your baby

⭐ Learn relaxation and energising techniques for daily use

⭐ Have honest conversations about the realities of motherhood

⭐ Help you cultivate joy in your new role as a mum
