Meditation

We are pleased to invite you to join us for this co-led exploration into Meditative practice. Drawing from strong roots of ancient teaching but communicated in a way that is applicable to all aspects of our daily lives, we will explore various time tested practices that instill peace of mind, clarity, deepened insight & grounded stability.

Lynn & Jon have been keen practitioners & teachers for around 30 years. This combination of their individual experience and teaching styles will be of benefit to all who attend, whether beginner or more seasoned practitioner.
