How to Perform CPR & Use a Defibrillator

Using a defibrillator and performing CPR are two simple, potentially life-saving skills that everyone should have the opportunity to learn.

That’s why we’re offering this free, one-hour workshop on how to use a defibrillator and how to perform CPR. The workshop is open to everyone—whether you’ve never learned these skills before or you’re coming for a refresher and some practice.

We are limiting each workshop to 12 people. However, if there’s high demand, we’ll schedule additional sessions.

This is a free event, but if you book a place and are unable to attend, please make sure to cancel your booking. This allows someone else to take your spot.
