Falls Prevention Workshop

To promote physical and mental well-being , maintain cognitive function, and reduce the risk of falls in older adults by combining falls prevention specific exercises and sensory stimulation.

Join Kerry and Debbie from salveo-forma delivering a workshop.
The presentation is followed by chair-based exercises to show some movement strategies that can help to improve strength and flexibility.
