Recent polls at the end of 2025 saw public support for the monarchy drop below 50%. We are winning - let's stay loud and visible to keep on getting our arguments into the media!
𝗟𝗼𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 - 𝗪𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗺𝗶𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗿 𝗔𝗯𝗯𝗲𝘆
The best vantage spot of Westminster Abbey is United Nations Green, situated directly across from the church.
As with our protests in 2024 and 2025 we will likely be in this spot again in 2026.

𝗧𝗶𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀
The protest is likely to start at approximately 12.00pm, with the Royals expected to turn up a couple of hours later as they have done in previous years. The Republic team and volunteers will likely be setting up from 10.00am onwards, so turn up from then to help get our protest underway!

There are multiple tube stations that protestors can use to get to the area on the day, such as:
- St James’ Park (0.2mi away, 4 min walk)
- Westminster (0.2mi away, 6 min walk)
- Victoria (0.6mi away, 13 min walk)

Our volunteers had a fantastic time at our Commonwealth Day Protest in 2024 and 2025, getting to know and work with other Republic members, supporters and activists.
