Dance in Delph Woods

We meet at Delph Woods at 9:15am on Monday mornings to dance in a beautiful location.

Celebrate the beauty of dancing in the woods and start your week in a tranquil and calming environment. An opportunity to connect with yourself in the silence of the trees, surrounded by birdsong, with our friendly dance community. An absolutely freeing and invigorating event which will leave you feelling nourished, relaxed and enlivened.

Dancing is a great way to relieve stess, exercise and have an invigorating time in the woods. We use 'silent disco' headphones for an immersive experience. Once you put on those headphones, you'll be transported to another world by the ecclectic mix of music and you can move and groove, bounce and stomp, hop and skip spontaneously to the beat. It is so much fun!

We meet at the main carpark in Delph Woods in Poole (past the cricket pitch). Headsets are limited so it is essential that you book or let us know you are coming so we can reserve a headset for you.

We dance between 9:30am and 10:45am. Please arrive between 9:15am and 9:25am to collect a headset. Please return the headphones at the car park at 11am.

This event is by donation. Children are free to attend. (A Mom had a good idea - her children bring their own headsets and music to listen to, while Mom boogies to our track - just an idea worth sharing).

SunFire Dance would like to promote dancing your way to better health, getting fit, good for your mental health and wellbeing. Dance for pure enjoyment.
