Chakra Dancing and Guided Meditation

Come and join Ruth a fully qualified Chakra Dancing and Meditation Therapist for another amazing Chakra Dancing & Guided Meditation experience in Swanage this Tuesday 1st July and every Tuesday.

Chakra Dancing is a free form dance modality where using music especially selected music and chanting to resonate with the vibrations of each of or 7 major Chakra energy centres, Ruth guides the dancers, through a dance journey with visualisation and mindful movements to open and rebalance each chakra.

This week we explore the 6th major chakra, ‘Anja’ at our Third eye, situated between our brows.

Anja is associated with our seat of perception, intuition, and our mind. Organs associated with Anja include: our brain, eyes, pituitary gland, pineal gland, hypothalamus, neurological system, nose, sinuses, and ears.

A well balanced chakra allows us to ‘see’ , and truly perceive what is going on around us with heightened awareness. Through meditation, yoga and dance and other somatic practices, It is also possible to achieve inner peace, harmony and joy.

Chakra dancing is fun, revitalising, rebalancing and relaxing experience, so much more than just dancing. Chakra Dancing and mindful meditation enables the process of
