Regular freestyle somatic movement and dance, is proven to improve one’s physical and mental wellbeing.

No previous experience necessary.

Ruth holds a very safe space. There are no steps to learn, just leave your inner chatter at the door and dance in your own unique, playful and creative way.

Wear stretchy layers of clothes you can move freely in. Bring water bottle, yoga mat, cushion and blanket ( Ruth has spares) for the deep 30 minute meditation after the 1 hour of dancing.

Come open and rebalance your 7 major chakras, your energy centres. 🙏
