Slow Sundays @ Martha’s

😎Turn up and chill out for our very first Slow Sunday at Martha’s, on 6th July, from 11am to 2pm.

☕️A chance to slow down. To be in the moment. To step back from the busyness of your week.

🌱Sip a coffee, engage in a mindful creative activity (starting with designing and making a mid century inspired gift bag) then relax with a seated, guided meditation led by experienced practitioner, @annabilles.

🍓All materials , gentle tuition by the lovely Julia @asplashofcolourwith and a coffee/tea and fresh fruit are included in the fee. Spaces strictly limited to 6 per Sunday.
