Guided Walk

A walk of about 6 km (4 miles) over paths which may be muddy. Suitable for older children, but not recommended for people with limited mobility. The walk passes Rifle Green Car Park and visits the entrance of the old tramway tunnel before taking us up to the prominent chimney of Hill Pit. We return via Garn Lakes reedbeds - an example of successful land reclamation in progress.

Just turn up. The walks are free and there's no need to book.
