Beyond Cream Puffs – Savory and Sweet Choux Creations

hink choux pastry is just for cream puffs and éclairs? Think again! In this hands-on workshop we’ll be working in teams to explore the surprising versatility of pâte à choux with two unexpected (and delicious) applications—one savory one sweet.

First you’ll make Parisian-style gnocchi using choux dough then cook and pair it with a simple sauce like marinara or brown butter for a satisfying tasting. Next we’ll turn up the fun by piping and frying churros finishing them with cinnamon sugar and a rich chocolate dipping sauce.
