Homemade Gnocchi Workshop

Roll up your sleeves and get ready to channel your inner nonna! In this hands-on workshop you’ll learn the art of making pillowy gnocchi from scratch. We’ll start with the fundamentals—mixing and kneading the dough—before moving on to shaping.

Once your gnocchi are looking bellissimi we’ll cook them to perfection and pair them with a variety of classic sauces from brown butter and sage to a simple marinara. Finally we’ll sit down for a tasting and discuss tips for recreating everything at home.
