Our location away from Mumbai in dark skies.
Horizon Deep Sky Event aims for objects which are not generally seen by naked eyes but needs professional telescopes with expert guidance. Our sessions and Events are for all age from school students to working professionals and for people of every field. Join our dark sky Location at Samrad for an incredible Night Sky Experience.

• 09:30 AM Assembly at Dadar Shivneri Bus Stop
• 10:00 AM Bus comes from parking and Leaves Sharp at 10 PM. Due to Traffic we cannot wait even 5 minute at Dadar hence punctuality is expected or you will miss the pickup

• 02:00 PM Lunch Break at Highway Restaurants or Dhaba
• 04:30 PM - Check in at Deep Sky Campsite Samrad
• 05:00 PM – Exploring the Site and Evening Chai-Nashta
• 06:30 PM - Introduction to Astronomy Understanding the Night Sky and the Flow of the Events Overnight
• 07:00 PM – Observation of Saturn and its Ring Jupiter and Its Satellite beautiful Clusters Nebulae Binary Stars and much more with our Large Telescopes.
• 08:00 PM - Identification of Pole Star Constellations Nakshatras and Zodiac Signs
• 09:00 PM - Dinner Break
• 10:30 PM – Astronomy Discussions and Talks. Special Topics on Astronomy
• 11:30 PM - Stargazing for Deep Sky Messier Objects
• 12:10 AM – Tea Break
• 01:00 AM - Astrophotography Workshop from Cellphone Camera as well as DSLR. Bringing your Cellphone / DSLR Tripod is necessary if you are interested to learn Astrophotography.
• 02:00 AM to 04:30 AM - Interactive Session and Talk with our Experts OR Fun Games related to Astronomy. Participants who want to Rest/Sleep are free to do so during this time
• 04:30 AM - Early Morning Stargazing when Sky has Changed & new Objects can be viewed.
• 07:30 AM - Walk to See a Famous Valley nearby (Optional Activity).
• 10:00 AM Packing your bags with memories of a Night Full of Stars

Disclaimer Terms and Conditions:
1. Alcohol Smoking or any kind of intoxication is strictly prohibited at our premises. You will be asked to leave for such behavior.
2. Weather conditions are not in our hands. In case of Cloudy weather or any natural or Man-Made calamities refund will not be provided. Alternate Plans or In-door Activities are done in case of sudden climate change during event.
3. Stay will be provided in Tent. Allocation of Tents will be on 2/3 person sharing basis. You will be grouped with your family/Friends in the tents. If you are Solo Traveller and want 1 tent by yourself you will have to pay additional 500 rs for the same. Inform Organiser 2 days Prior for a Private Tent.
4. If you are interested in Wide Field Astrophotography kindly carry Tripod for your Cell phone/DSLR.
5. We shall not take responsibility for Loss of Personal belongings and/or Life. By taking this Ticket you agree to all Terms and Conditions.
6. We do not Provide any kind of Insurance health or Life
7. This is not a Leisure Event/Activity you will be out of your comfort zone you are requested to be prepared mentally and come to the Event.
8. There is a small Rappelling Patch Nearby adventure or any kind of trekking is not part of our Itinerary. Yet if you wish to do Rappelling charges are 500/- Extra. Please Pay if to Astronomer Mihir Sir - 81691 67678 before reaching the site. As there is no Network at the Location.
9 If you have Opted for bus travel and minimum 20 seats are not filled we will cancel the bus and keep Jeep travelling from Kasara.
Refund Policy:
1. 100% refund if cancelled 7 days prior the event
2. 50% refund if cancelled within 3-7 days of event
3. 0% refund if cancelled within 0-2 days of event

If AC Bus Pick-up and Drop is Opted, that refund will not be provided at any circumstance, only event cost will be refunded as cancellation policy
