4 nights of eco retreat to rest and restore body and mind.
Hey guys....sooo..... Portugal Retreat!
I am very excited to have found a beautiful spot to do a retreat in Portugal 💞☺️
Basic information for anyone interested... itinerary to be confirmed!
So the dates would be 29th September for 4 nights. I will add the site link to the comments 💞
The cost would be £650 (without flights, people to book this themselves....pictures of best flights to get in the photos)
There will be a maximum of 12 people and a minimum of 9.
We will be doing:
Daily yoga mornings and evenings,
Sound bath on one evening at least,
A breathwork session
a 30min massage each (unless you want to opt out)
A hot tub at least one evening
Walks and swimming in the creek
Plenty of time to relax, journal, have time to yourself
Possible trip to local town (I am looking into this!)
All food included and prepared on site
I have made a couple of payment plans to help make it affordable for people but I do need deposits from at least 9 people by the end of this month.
Deposit £100
5month payment plan £110 (ending June)
7 month payment plan £80 (ending August)
Don't forget you need to book your own flights....
I have done a quick search and you can fly from Bristol to Porto for under £100 (if you only take a small bag) on the way out 💞
Flying back will need to be from Lisbon as there are no flights out of Porto on the Friday but is a similar price....easyJet are doing 20% off at the moment and I'm fairly sure there is only one flight leaving a day......so
Flight out from Bristol is 1pm to arrive at Porto (not Lisbon!) 3.30pm on Monday 29th and
Flight from Lisbon (not Porto) is 7.30pm Friday 3rd flying back to Bristol for 10pm 💞
(So you have to book them as 1 way tickets not a return!)
NB Please DO NOT book flights before numbers have been confirmed 💞. When you have paid a deposit please join the event and you will then know when we get at least 9 people 💞
I have factored in transport costs to and from the airport so no need to worry about that, it's all being sorted in the cost of the retreat 💞
