Free Craniosacral sessions in the park

As a student in school for Craniosacral therapy, I am required to do free sessions as part of my training program. This work has been instrumental for me for both pain management and regulating my nervous system and I want to help more fellow mommas see those same benefits. I offer in home sessions but some of us can't get away and this is why we are doing sessions in the park. I'll set up my massage table, kids can play, and you lay fully clothed on the table while I practice gentle holds and help your system shift back into balance.
