Sausage and Cheese Raviolis with a Sundried Tomato Vodka Sauce

For Dessert: Key lime and Raspberry Trifle with Graham Cracker

This class is with super yummy flavors! The Sausage and Cheese will have both Hot and Sweet Sausage, Marscapone, Ricotta and Mozzarella. Our sauce is a Vodka Sauce with Sundried Tomatoes and toasted Walnuts, finished off with Pecorino Romano and Cracked Black Pepper.

For Dessert: We will be making a Key Lime Trifle! One of my favorites!!!!
