Join The Box and the Cornwall and Devon Creative Collective for a very special day of music, culture, fun and food that celebrates the impact that the Windrush generation and its descendants have had on British culture.

The day will include:
* Performances from Real Steel, Kadus Smith and Louise Parker
* Family-friendly reading and music making with writer Saifya Robinson
* Children’s carnival headdress making with Helen Thomas
* Film Screenings of 'Mother Country I' by Daryl Codrington and 'The Caribbean' from The Box’s film archive
* Reading and book signing with Barrington Augustus Sowden
* Delicious Caribbean food and dominoes in The Box Kitchen & Bar
