A Culinary Institute of America graduate, Chef Gomez has trained under world-renowned chefs including Charlie Palmer, Michael Mina, Roland Passot, and Jean-Georges Vongerichten. His career includes leading kitchens at The Waldorf Astoria in Panama and Key West, transforming culinary programs at luxury Caribbean resorts, and cooking for celebrities such as Robert De Niro, Matt Damon, Jennifer Lopez, and Angelina Jolie.
