We look forward to welcoming Devon-based Haldon Quartet on Thursday 31st July and Saturday 2nd August. On Thursday 31st July at 1.10pm they will give a lunchtime recital of works by Henry Purcell, Felix Mendelssohn and Karl Jenkins (entry free, with retiring collection) and on Saturday 2nd August they will accompany us in our final concert, “Refuge” (tickets £18, under 18s free).

Rooted in Devon, Haldon Quartet brings the best live chamber music classics of the string quartet repertoire and newer works to audiences in the area and further afield. Their repertoire is hugely varied and they enjoy introducing the music that they are playing, and fostering connection with the concert goer.
