2)All- Silver Dollar Deadlift 1 Rep Max (rising bar to knock out)

3)Yoke Race 15m drop and turn for time
Women- 150kg
Men’s Novice- 230kg
Men’s Inters- 270kg
Men’s Open- 310kg

4)Moving Medley -Sandbag, Duck walk, Chain drag (10m each) for time
Women- 60kg Bag, 60kg Duckwalk, Chain
Men’s Novice- 100kg Bag, 100kg Duckwalk, Chain
Men’s Inters- 120kg Bag, 120kg Duckwalk, Chain
Men’s Open- 140kg Bag, 140kg Duckwalk, Chain
