🌿 Heart Opening Sound Bath 🌿

Join me for a gentle, nourishing Heart Opening Sound Bath as we focus on balancing and expanding the Heart Chakra. Allow the soothing tones of the Heart Crystal Bowl and the grounding rhythm of the Celtic drum to help you connect deeply with yourself, release tension, and restore emotional harmony.

🕓 When: 27th September, 4:00 PM – 5:00 PM
📍 Where: Hemerdon Village Hall
(If the weather is kind, we may move onto the decking to be embraced by nature.)

✨ Please bring whatever you need to feel comfortable lying on the floor — a yoga mat, blanket, cushion, or anything else that supports your relaxation
